Clubs and community owners
Football, basketball and volleyball clubs, federations and owners of large communities: new revenue, and for the first time community data they actually own.
What usually goes wrong today
- Tickets sold across scattered channels with no fast post-match reconciliation.
- Members exist as a list, with no purchase behaviour to work from.
- Sponsorship is mostly logo placement, hard to justify at renewal.
- Merchandise sells here and there, never becoming a steady revenue line.
What changes with KHC
The club takes a share on every order sold to fans, with no inventory and no warehouse.
Check-in codes, pre-match and half-time draws, with real sponsor products as prizes.
Because sponsors receive sales and data, not just placement.
A fixed share of every order goes to the club's youth fund, shown openly on the dashboard.
New users, check-ins, orders, the club's revenue share and per-campaign performance.
What KHC needs in return
Ticketing and check-in can run at no upfront cost, on the condition that the commercial rights come with it. Without those rights the model does not stand up.
- The right to operate the club's official store.
- Integration of the existing membership base into the platform.
- Minigames, draws and a loyalty programme scheduled around matches.
- Coordinated communications on the club's fanpage and channels.
- A revenue share from the store as agreed.
- A minimum three-year term so data and buying habits have time to form.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the fan data?
The club, in all four tiers. The contract includes a succession clause so the data survives any change of ownership at KHC.
Does the club have to buy or store inventory?
No. Stock stays at the supplier's warehouse and the delivery partner collects and ships it to the buyer.
What does club staff actually do?
KHC runs the platform. The club assigns a communications contact and staffs the gates on match day.
