Sponsors, manufacturers, distributors
Sponsorship shifts from an unmeasurable brand cost to a sales channel with numbers behind it.
What usually goes wrong today
- Money goes out and the season ends with no numbers to judge it by.
- Plenty of logo exposure, no orders traceable to it.
- No idea whether fans actually want the product.
- No customer data to build the next campaign on.
What changes with KHC
An official storefront on the club store, around five best-sellers, at a price reserved for fans.
Sponsored goods become minigame prizes, draw rewards and check-in gifts, a real presence rather than a board.
Impressions, product clicks, minigame participants, orders, sales, buyer regions and conversion.
No system to build; goods are collected at your warehouse and shipped by the delivery partner.
Real numbers at season end to raise, hold or cut the budget instead of guessing.
What KHC needs in return
Ticketing and check-in can run at no upfront cost, on the condition that the commercial rights come with it. Without those rights the model does not stand up.
- A package of cash plus product, with the split fixed in the contract.
- The product portion is valued at the store price KHC sets, with quantities written into the appendix.
- A catalogue limited to about five best-sellers per supplier.
- A real-stock commitment: in stock on the system means shippable within twenty-four hours.
- The supplier carries product quality, warranty and complaints.

Frequently asked questions
Why does KHC set the store price?
So the product portion of a package is valued correctly. When the manufacturer sets it, the in-kind share is easily inflated.
Does selling on the store undercut our distribution?
No. It is positioned as a price for one club's fans, on a narrow catalogue, not a mass channel.
Do sponsors receive players' personal data?
No. Reporting is aggregated and non-identifying, in line with personal data protection rules.
